SPI was formed as a way to give our investment partners the opportunities to invest in income producing properties at a lower capital requirement. This is done by investing in real estate projects with a pool of investment partners to reduce the capital needed for each partner to invest in income producing properties.
At SPI we make money the same way the our investing partners make money by being apart of each deal and earning the returns from that income producing property together, instead of charging fees to that investment. We make money with our investors not off of them.

However, we will not change our investment standards or quality of investment to meet our investment partners goals or standards, which could result in a sacrifice of reliable returns on investments and investment standards.
