OUR PURPOSE
Sovereign Property Investments was formed in 2018 by Lee Phillabaum and Jordan Scott as a way to give our investment partners the opportunities to invest in income producing properties at a lower capital requirement. The mission is to successfully acquire, rehab, and manage income producing properties, with an emphasis on multifamily housing.
